1990s Sumo Connection "Surf Sumo" double-sided print T-shirt (white, L, made in USA)

We are Kobanzame, a vintage shop in an old wooden house in Kawagoe. Japan as seen from Hawaii: a little exaggerated, but made with affection. It's 1990s Hawaii's Sumo Connection.

The print

A large "Surf Sumo" graphic on the back, a sunset-coloured sumo logo on the left chest, and a "FEEL THE POWER / TEAM SUMO" shaka print on the sleeve. Repeated washing has turned the white toward cream.

Condition, honestly

Rank B. Fraying and fuzzing around the neck ribbing, a hole in the wave part of the back print, and many small moth holes near the front hem. Slight overall yellowing and dulling with age. Nothing has been repaired. For someone who enjoys the wear as part of vintage.

Fit

Tagged L, roughly a Japanese XL. At 73.5 cm long, it covers the hips well. Best on its own with overalls or wide trousers.
